Become a Venue

I’m always looking for new venues to give Worker Bee traders an opportunity to find new customers and to give communities the chance to buy quality handmade products from friendly local talented makers.

I can provide you with regular markets (and therefore regular new footfall) and one-off, pop-up events. I can compliment your Fairs, Fun Days or Festivals with artisan products or I can even create a Festival for you at your venue – with live music, children’s entertainment, bouncy castle and rides, streetfood and a bar. I’m flexible to your needs.

A PROMISE

I’ll keep stall costs low, market my socks off to ensure the highest footfall possible and make sure there is as little crossover of product as is possible, given the interest from traders. I’ll consider environmental issues wherever I can and respect the needs of the neighbourhood.

MARKETING

It’s my super power! I come from an events marketing background and it’s in my interest as well as yours to make markets a success for both traders and communities. I am out with my team putting leaflets through doors, putting up banners, signs and posters. I am populating and promoting on social media and the website and sending out PR messages to local media and bloggers. I’m talking to local communities and stakeholders to engage them, and share info with local schools and community groups. I also pay for advertising and have built up a robust email list of interested customers.

IN RETURN

I will choose quality, friendly and talented makers and will do my best to bring as many customers as possible to your venue. In return, I hope you will make sure your customers know about the markets so they will come along and support the market (and see what more you’re doing to make your venue more interesting too!)
