Appearing at nearly every market last year, WilLou Art will be joining us again in Bramhall, Gatley and Heald Green.
What’s the story behind your name?
We chose the name WilLou Art ..I’m Lou and he’s Will. Up to the end of last year, we were Conte Candles, as Will’s surname is Conte. We wanted to change our business and so we rebranded.
Who runs your business? Do you have time to do any other jobs or is this full time?
We run it together and are based in Wythenshawe. We both work full time too so are always very busy.
What do you make?
We make complex wire sculptures as well as a bespoke range of fragrances we use
to make soy wax candles and reed diffusers
Where do you get your inspiration?
We take inspiration from the natural world and a love of Bonsai trees.
We are experimenting with Resin (which is a lot of fun) to create some unique pieces.
We have our own bespoke range of fragrance which we use to create our signature range of luxury candles and reed diffusers.
Where can people find you?
We are at the beginning of our new improved business journey and super excited.
You’ll find us at all the Worker Bee Markets in Bramhall, Heald Green and Gatley as well as at Levenshulme Market and others around the region.
