Vegan Poochy Treats come to many of our markets, bringing personality and attracting happy doggies and owners.
What’s the story behind your name?
The name says it all! However, your dog doesn’t have to be vegan to enjoy our mega healthy and mega tasty super plant based dog treats – it just has to be a dog!!
Who runs your business? 
My daughter, Faye, is the inventor of the original super treats.
What do you make?
Dog treats that are totally plant-based so vegan and very healthy.
Where do you get your inspiration?
Shia, Faye’s Labrador, had a dodgy tummy and Faye wanted to give her something that was pure goodness with absolutely no additives. After a lot of trial and error the super treats were invented. Since the invention just over a year ago Shia (AKA Superdog) has a gorgeous glossy coat and absolutely no troubles in the tummy department. We’ve now attended nearly 100 events in the last year and have many regular customers who want their dogs to have healthy treats. Many of the dogs are raw fed.
Where can people find you?
We’re on Facebook and Instagram and do lots of markets, including many Worker Bee Markets. we love seeing all our doggy customers that are so healthy and happy from the very young pups to the very old dogs and all ages in between. It’s so rewarding when we get lovely comments from our customers.
Do you have any tips for anyone wanting to start their own creative small business?
Despite some challenging situations (mainly rain, rain and more rain), we love being out and about spreading the word about our treats. If you have a passion, we suggest you do the same!
