What’s the story behind your name?
All my favourite people are red heads, and I wanted the van initially to be somewhere larger that people can hang out in to eat their ice cream!
Who runs your business? Do you have time to do any other jobs or is this full time?
It’s been full time for me for 9 years. I employ up to 4 people through the year, more in summer,
What do you make?
Award winning, incredibly delicious real dairy ice cream, vegan ice cream and sorbet
Where do you get your inspiration?
Everywhere. I bought back some toasted cornmeal flour from Gran Canaria last week, – amazing popcorn flavour.
Where can people find you?
We’ll be at Worker Bee Markets in Bramhall, Gatley and Heald Green. Also find us at Makers Markets, Levy market, Market Co, and our parlour in Afflecks palace 1st floor is open all year round, every day.
