This special event in the centre of Bramhall village, celebrates wellness in all its many forms.
Explore how to keep your family happy and well, try out yoga, barre or group PT for free, experience wellness treatments, health products, discover self care books and mindful board gaming, enjoy food for the soul and the belly and be guided by local professionals in wellness when you visit local shops and businesses.
The day will include free exercise sessions inside FORME in the Village Square. Simply Books on Moss Lane will set up a bibliotherapy book stall inside the shop and local nutrition experts Amaranth will offer wellness and health advice, as well as free tastings and massage. Outside the Box will introduce mindful board games and will run a (just for fun, no gambling) Poker evening event too. Greetings in the Village Square will be offering kids’ card making and Calm Body Chiropractic will offer free spinal screenings. For mums, CORE Foundations will run taster sessions of their Stroller Striders classes and Ben from G4 Guitar School will be on hand to encourage kids and adults to learn the guitar. Capture & Calm Walks will be on hand to chat about their mindful walking groups and are selling mindful gifts and art.
Worker Bee Markets will also set up on the day from 10am-3pm, with hand-picked makers of crafts, homeware, gifts and foodie treats. Discover the FULL STALL LINE-UP HERE

CORE GRLS will host a friendly, interactive fitness stall showcasing their baby-welcoming Mummy & Me and Stroller Strider sessions. They’ll run a simple Family Feel-Good Challenge for parents and children, with prizes to be won, share information about local activities and sell a small range of CORE GRLS clothing and babywear.

Outside The Box Board Games Café is a not-for-profit community café in Bramhall where people of all ages come together to play, relax and connect.
Visit their stall during the day for a free 5-Minute Digital Detox and have a go at board games that are great for reducing stress and bringing people together. Chat about their regular events and activities, such as Mahjong Club and Dungeons & Dragons.
